When employees call in to our office we will have preloaded the important plan information so that as employees inquire about their benefits we have the pertinent information. We will ask an employer for a summary of their medical plan so that we can load this information in to our system and have available online for when one of your employees contacts our office with a question.
Your employees may want to know more about many things related to their health plan and this is where our services will help your company. AHA provides these services so that your company does not need to staff a Human Resources employee to handle these questions. Think about the cost of employing a Human Resources Benefits Expert.
